Celebrating Women Changemakers
There’s nothing we love more than taking time to celebrate the women changemakers living in our city. That’s why, when Women’s Fund wanted to raise awareness of an awards event doing just that, we took to social media with a big, bold and beautifully pink campaign. With the help of boosted posts, advertising campaigns, targeted content and interactive posts, Women’s Fund Awards had countless submissions and over 50 women attend their awards day. Ten of whom won grants to support their community projects.
“Madina at Kindtype is super helpful, kind and patient – she helped us gain considerable awareness of the Women’s Fund Awards. Nothing is ever too much trouble! Greatly appreciated her insights and advice too.”
Edmund Hillary Fellowship
Telling stories of global impact
Storytelling is Kindtype’s bread and butter, so when Edmund Hillary Fellowship approached us to write stories about impact entrepreneurs making a difference on a global scale, we knew we couldn’t say no.
More than 60 Fellows are selected to be a part of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship annually. Spanning fields as diverse as regenerative agriculture, clean energy, social enterprise, arts and blockchain technology, each Fellow is working to pave the way for a better world.
The challenge? Communicating each Fellow's impact, while also helping the audience get to know each incredible changemaker on a deeper, more personal level, so perhaps the reader too can be inspired into action. Starting with collating interviews and then translating them into compelling profile pieces, Kindtype has helped Edmund Hillary Fellowship to introduce each Fellow to the New Zealand ecosystem and spread awareness of their transformational work.
Green Business HQ
Communicating the value of sustainability
When Green Business HQ approached Kindtype, they already had a solid-track record of helping NZ-based companies improve their sustainability efforts. Their next step was to scale their operations, so they could help even more organisations become greener.
However, communicating the value of sustainability and encouraging businesses to make it a priority among other competing requirements is easier said than done.
That’s why Green Business HQ partnered with Kindtype to help them communicate to businesses big and small how sustainability is a win-win for both the bottom line and the environment.
Starting with developing compelling and clear messaging and then translating it into engaging website copy, Kindtype helped Green Business HQ to convince more organisations to consider their environmental impact.
“I have been struggling to describe how Kindtype took my pages of notes and turned it painlessly into smart copy for my new website and even laid out the structure for this. Magic.”
Jojo’s slow postpartum
Birthing the slow postpartum movement
As a postpartum doula, mentor and educator, Jojo Hogan has dedicated her life to helping women through the universal postpartum experience by drawing inspiration from the ‘slow movement’. The challenge? While all new mothers go through this time, it doesn’t exactly make for popular social media content to share or discuss with friends. But by shaping the overall narrative around the postpartum experience and promoting the peace, joy and satisfaction the slow postpartum movement provides, countless women have incorporated this approach and transformed their experience of motherhood.
"I absolutely loved working with Madina at Kindtype. When I first came across her website I knew that I had found exactly the right person to help me get the message out about the Slow Postpartum movement and my new business. She immediately understood and related to my philosophy. Madina was easy to communicate with, efficient and has saved me hours of time by bringing my ideas to the page in a way that reflected my company’s values. I would highly recommend Kindtype for any copywriting job, big or small!" - Jojo Hogan
